FLAT06. Indonesia is a creative property management and consulting company. We offer ideas, concepts, and complete management solutions for rental properties, hotels, and residences to property owners and investors — both for new developments and existing properties.

We help people open and grow property rental businesses. Our approach combines beautiful modern design architecture with a casual style of hospitality, equipped with the latest technology to support the modern lifestyle.

2004

FLAT06. Cipete

FLAT06. Indonesia was founded and our flagship property opened in the heart of South Jakarta, establishing the FLAT06 standard of design-driven hospitality.

2012

Sampit Residence

Expanded into the mixed-use segment with Sampit Residence, our largest property with 38 rooms in the Blok M area.

2015

FLAT06. Tendean

Opened our Tendean branch, strategically located between Kemang, Bangka, and the central business district.

2019

MYHOME Kemang

Launched MYHOME by FLAT06 in Kemang, a mixed-use hotel and residence catering to the vibrant South Jakarta community.

2022

Le Paseban

Opened Le Paseban by FLAT06, a 16-room residence expanding our footprint into Central Jakarta.

2023

The Mango Suites

Introduced The Mango Suites by FLAT06, a mixed-use hotel and residence adding to our diverse portfolio across Jakarta.

2025

The ORCHID

Launched The ORCHID by FLAT06 in Cilandak, our newest boutique property with 23 rooms and a 5-star hotel website experience.

2026

The Future

8th property under construction. 156+ rooms managed. 88% average occupancy. The journey continues.

Founder & Director

With over 22 years of hands-on experience in Jakarta's hospitality industry, Bimo Wicaksono founded FLAT06. Indonesia with a singular vision: to bring intelligent design and smart business practices to property management.

From a single property in Cipete to a portfolio of 7 managed properties with 156+ rooms, Bimo has personally overseen every aspect of FLAT06's growth — from concept development and interior design direction to operational systems and financial strategy.

His unique approach of charging management fees based on operating profit rather than flat fees reflects his core belief: true partnership means shared success.
